Prepaid Card: 10 Mobility Sessions

Ten one-to-one mobility sessions, bought up front at a lower price than booking them one at a time.

What you get

• 450 minutes — ten 45-minute sessions
• Valid for one year from the day you buy it

How it works

Buy the card, then book sessions as usual. At checkout you'll see the option to pay with your card, and the minutes come off automatically. Your remaining balance is always visible under My account.

Good to know

• This card covers mobility sessions. It can't be used for coaching, and a coaching card can't be used for mobility.
• The card holds minutes rather than a fixed number of sessions, so a longer session simply uses more of them.
• A card has to cover a booking in full; it can't be part-paid. If fewer minutes remain than a session needs, pay for that one as usual.
• Buying a card gives you a receipt — useful for a wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) claim.
• Requires an account, so the balance has somewhere to live.
